| After completing his legal degree, Martin served legal articles at Cuzen and Woods Attorneys, where he focused on commercial law and insurance. In partnership with his father Selwyn, Martin founded the Genesis group in 1995. As CEO of the Genesis group, Martin has been successful in building the group into a leading niche financial services business that employs in excess of 150 people and that incorporates the leading independent financial planning group in South Africa. |

Lewis is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. A lifetime member at the prestigious level "Top of the Table" in the Million Dollar Round Table Organisation, Lewis was instrumental in building a substantial independent advisory business which he sold in 2005. During this time he was a pioneer in arranging joint ventures between firms of Chartered Accountants and the IFA industry. Lewis has been given the task of building Genesis Advisory Services into the leading distributor of protection products through a highly trained and well motivated sales force. He is married with three children and has an interest in music and classic cars. |

| Darren served articles at Fisher Hoffman Sithole from January 1994 to December 1996 and qualified as a chartered accountant in December 1996. He spent 17 months in the corporate finance department of N M Rothschild & Sons (South Africa), focusing on international merger and acquisition transactions. Darren joined Peregrine in May 1998 where he was a director of Peregrine Investment Banking and focused on the group’s private equity portfolio. Darren has been responsible for a number of highly successful private equity and venture capital transactions as well as new listings. Darren partnered with the Genesis Group in August 2006 to form GCP, in order to focus on LBO, private equity and other investment banking activities. |

| Mr. Clayton Samsodien has been in the financial services and healthcare industry for over 20 years. During this time he achieved many accolades from Companies such as Old Mutual, Southern Life and African Life.
In 1997 he took up the position of Operations Manager for Regional Medical Aid Scheme where he was responsible for the overall management of the scheme including benefits, contributions, administration, service provider agreements and broker distribution. Thereafter he established his own company called the Medifin Group that he later merged with Mentor Healthcare Planning. In June 2008, Mentor was acquired by Meritor Group Benefits, a subsidiary of the Genesis Capital Group. Meritor changed its name to Genesis Healthcare Consultants on 1 April 2009 under the leadership of Clayton as the Managing Director.
Clayton is recognised as a healthcare specialist in the industry and consults to significant employer groups regarding healthcare strategies, employee assist programs, occupational health, HIV policies and protocols. |

Following some time at Hollard, Clint founded Progressive Risk Managers which later became part of the Admiral Underwriting Group. After a spell at Daimler Chrysler Financial services Clint headed up the Insurance division of Investec Private Bank, which later became Pinion Insurance Brokers. |

| Gary Levick joined Genesis Capital in 1996 as one of the pioneers of the group whilst studying Psychology through Unisa.
Gary is an accredited Commercial Risk Insurance Broker. His reputation has been built up over many years both within the greater Genesis Group as well as amongst Genesis' clients based on simple principles of delivery, transparency, product and market trends as well as creating and harnessing mutually beneficial relationships as well as a shared vision with clients by creating a collectively desired objective. |

Brian has 14 years experience in the commercial and industrial industry, he started his career when he joined Syfrets as a commercial and industrial property finance banker in 1997. Since then he has been involved in the property industry in a variety of forms: He headed up structured property finance at Nedcor Investment Bank Limited from 1999 to 2003; he represented Nedbank as a non-executive Director on the board of Sycom Property Fund (from 2001 to 2004); he then left the bank to join Zenprop Property Holdings (Pty) Ltd in the capacity of Managing Director from 2004 to 2007; finally, before joining Genesis Properties (Pty) Ltd in May 2010 Brian was the Regional Executive in charge of the Gauteng Region of Nedbank Corporate Property Finance. |

| Paul Friedlander has been the CEO of SWAKI; Swaziland’s largest and most diverse privately held company since 2002. Mr. Friedlander has sat on numerous company boards, including Ki Corporation Limited, Standard Bank Swaziland, Alexander Forbes Swaziland and Cashbuild Swaziland (Chairman). Prior to joining SWAKI, Mr. Friedlander founded and ran Amandla Financial Services, a leading micro-lender in Swaziland. Mr. Friedlander’s first career was as a professional golfer and he recorded a number of tournament victories on some of the world’s major tours. He holds an MBA & BSC from Oral Roberts University and was a member U.S National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Academic all-American Team (1994). He is married with two children. |

| David, CEO and joint founder of Capitau, is a non-executive director of Peermont Global Limited, with over 25 years of banking experience. He was previously executive director of Brait South Africa Limited, where he held the position of head of the Specialised Debt Division.
During his 25 year banking and investment banking career David pioneered the introduction of mezzanine debt lending into the South African market in the 1990's. He was also responsible for the introduction of high yield bond financing into the South African market via the Foodcorp transaction in 2005. He has been involved in a number of other groundbreaking transactions since Foodcorp, the most recent of which being the leveraged buyout of Primedia Limited. |

| Shane is a co-founder and Director of Capitau Limited.
He joined First National Bank as a trainee in 1996, and was promoted to the position of commercial manager in 1999 after a comprehensive training program. He joined RAD Investment Bank as a senior credit analyst in 2000 and thereafter joined Brait South Africa Limited as a leverage finance transactor.
Shane lead arranged senor and mezzanine debt packages for several buyout transactions on behalf of Brait's private equity division, and was later appointed Divisional Dirctor of Brait Corporate Finance. He was instrumental in the introduction of European high yield debt into South Africa with the restructure of Foodcorp followed by the leveraged buyouts of Reclam, Consol, Peermont and Primedia. Shane has extensive experience in credit risk analysis, financial structuring and excel modelling. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal, Durban as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Manchester Business School |

| Cornelius is co-founder and director of Capitau. He is qualified as a corporate lawyer and had over 10 years post admission corporate, commercial and banking law experience with both Andersen and KPMG legal, prior to joining Brait Specialised Debt Finance in 2005 as a debt transactor.
As a lawyer, he was extensively involved in leveraged buyouts, black economic empowerment transactions, structured finance, syndicated lending, corporate loans, structured derivatives and cross-border corporate bond issues. He represented Foodcorp in their first offering by a South African corporate of high yield paper, through which association he joined the Brait team.
At Brait, Cornelius advised the firm on their issuing of preference shares, the negotiation of the fund leverage facility and transacted on the Reclam, Consol, Peermont and Primedia leveraged buyouts
He has strong legal and transaction implementation and management skills. Cornelius is a graduate of the University of Pretoria and holds Bcom (Law) and LLB degrees |

| After completing his articles at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in his role as Financial Manager, Paul joined an umbrella body for the printing industries in South Africa. After two years he was promoted to Financial Director of the group. In that capacity he represented the organisation at various levels, including the industry's Fund and Medical Aids. He was also involved in various industry projects during his tenor.
After 12 years with the federation Paul joined Capitau where he brings strong modelling and credit analyst skills to the team |

Commencing his banking career with Brait South Africa Limited in 1999 as a structured financier, David became co-head and divisional director of Brait Structured Finance in 2001 before moving with his team to Grindrod Bank (then Marriott Merchant Bank) in 2003.
At Grindrod Bank, David headed up the Financial Solutions division which specialized in structuring transactions, and was responsible for the Grindrod Investments Trust, a bespoke investment vehicle with approximately R2bn of preference shares under management, of which he is currently a trustee. David was involved in the restructuring of the Bank’s asset management division and was responsible for the creation of the first of the Bank’s collective investment schemes and formation of its distribution platform.
David was Regional Head: Gauteng for Grindrod Bank with specific responsibility for strategy and special projects and has been seconded to Capitau to be involved in the establishment and operational management of the fund.
David has extensive experience in property transactions, financial modeling, tax structures and structural unwinds. |

| Berneen began her career as a bookkeeper at various private companies from the age of 19. She managed the Durban and thereafter the JHB office of the Kenitex group, until her husband was transferred to the UK for a 3 year period. Upon their return to South Africa, she contracted as a bookkeeper for various small building contractors whilst completing her degree. In 1997, she gave up formal employment to raise her family.
In 1999, she became involved in an employment creation project with rural Ndebele women, who worked for the Nelson Mandela Foundation, as well as for Gracia Machel personally.
She fills the role of chief ecorator and bookkeeper for Capitau. |
